Yash and Connessione:
Thanks to you both for the feedback.

Yash:
Like I mentioned during our meeting. I am a New Beginner. I am not familiar with start/stop rest API's or how to create a logic for this app. I use OBS and I am trying to transit into using Ant Media. I know Ant Media will serve my purpose but I don't just know how to make it work. If there is any video tutorial that directly address this this issue, I will be glad to explore.

Thank you

Hi Connessione,

Please see the attached screenshot. I am trying to make each playlist (Monday - Sunday) play automatically at a certain time and also stop at the schedule time. Each day(playlist) contains of several videos that would play one after the other. When the day ends it would play second day automatically.

Does this explain it better?

Thanks

so @Femi i can understand this  better now. Do that @Yash stated  earlier. AMS has capabilities to build playlists, start and stop it via REST API. However there is no support for scheduling. So you need to use a external third party scheduling service coupled with AMS REST apis to make the entire  thing work.  For scheduling API calls to AMS you can use CRON Jobs on your linux server or even cloud based services . I hope things are clear now.
