WebSocketNotConnected

Hello,

 

i have setup a website which is hosted on AWS lightsail, i have my ant media server hosted in the AWS as a EC2 instance, for some reason i trying to live stream i get WebSocketNotConnected error. i have open all ports of both sides so nothing should be blocked. i am currently runnign Cpanel and WHM which i personally think the problem is as my lab does not run this and it work fine.

any ideas what this might be ?

Thanks for the entry.
Can you access the Management Panel? Do you use built in publisher page or do you have a custom page to create live stream?

Hello,

yes i can access the management panel, and yes this is a custom page, its only when i try to start a streaming session i hit a websocket issue, but this only seems to be with cpanel setup.

Quite possible that one process might be using or blocking the port that another needs.
