This works very well, but only for a certain amount of time, which appears to change. I've tried the process three times, and the live stream has only stayed "live" for 62 hours, 45 hours, and 131 hours. I don't see any errors from Youtube, so I'm left to assume this was an error with my instance of Ant Media?
I am on the free (community) version of Ant Media, perhaps paying for a higher quality server would solve it? It appears that this server has 1 GB of RAM.
