I have googled and search for questions and answers on this community and I did not find any answer or tutorial, or plugin to integrate to GCS. We will update our document to add about GCS. Yes, GCS can be used to store the recordings like other S3 compatible buckets. You can also refer to the sample document here which describes how to setup GCS bucket on AMS. I hope it helps.
