Need to hire expert to install load balancer for antmedia

I need to scale up soon and I rent 1 more server with the same configuration as the current server running ant media.
I need to install load balancer, I read the tutorial https://resources.antmedia.io/docs/installing-with-nginx-load-balancer which I don't understand because I'm not a coder.
I need an expert to help me install
