Jetson Nano GPU encoding support (ARM64, Nvidia Tegra)

Question

Hi! I'm wondering if it's possible to use the GPU encoding feature of Ant Media Server running on a Jetson Nano. The device supports CUDA, however it does not have the `nvidia-smi` command, because it uses the Tegra architecture. It supports encoders: H.265, H.264/Stereo, VP8

I have successfully installed the server on a Jetson Nano with CUDA installed, however it seems that AMS does not recognize GPU encoding support.
