My application in built using angular framework and backend is in laravel. Application Flow : User will land on login page and validate his/her picture using webcam with respect to his profile picture. Thank you Since this is before ant media server session, i suggest you to look into google cloud vision API or Amazon Rekognition to build the system you want.
