Live stream window - "Stream will start playing automatically when it is live"

I'm running Community Edition 2.5.1 20221030_0630 on a cloud VPS server (Ubuntu 20.04) hosted by Contabo. I'm able to live stream via LiveApp just fine to YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. When I go to stream to my website, I get a window "Stream will start playing automatically when it is live." It never plays.

Ant Media Server says "Broadcasting" and even when I click the "Play" button in the console, a window pops up with the "Stream will start playing..." message, but never plays. When I go into the VoD section, it records mp4 files, but when I click play they only record the "Stream will start playing..." black screen.

I have tried adding &playOrder=hls at the end of my URL but it does not help.

I'm using the embed code at: https://rustygriswold.ca/livestream/ so you can see the issue.

Any tips or ideas?

Could you please cross check if HLS streaming is enabled in the WebRTCApp application? If it is enabled then please share your server credentials for troubleshooting. You can share it in the inbox directly.

Yes HLS streaming is enabled in the WebRTCApp. I have sent you login credentials as requested.
