Question

Does anybody use this licence? I do not understand when I'm paying and when not!
I  mean, when ALL streams are offline the PAY PER USE is still counting?
OR Do I need to place in HOLD the contract via Ant media server subscription page?!

Please any explanation on this can be usefull, because I Need to calculate the cost of my project.
Thanks

I used to stop the instance, May be stopping the media server will also stop billing.

You can check the license uses here =>   http://license.antmedia.io/

Hi @vtontodon,

For licensees like monthly, annual and perpetual there's a fixed cost which is paid upfront.

For hourly pay as you go license, the cost depends upon the uptime of the server. Which means the amount of time Server is running. It's independent of the stream or viewer count.

So when the server is not being used, you should stop it by running sudo service antmedia stop

and the hours counting will stop.

I hope I'm able to answer your query.

Best Regards,

Mohit Dubey
