With some particular kind of users we are facing timeout errors due to a failing icecandidate connection.
If those users change network provider, for example switching from WIFI to mobile hotspot, they have not this error anymore.
We tried to open udp ports on their routers but it didn't solve the problem. Anyway I think that there must be a common solution because, also if it would have solved the problem, we can't go into every user router and open their ports.

Hello we installed the aws marketplace version following the guide at https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Guide-For-AWS-Marketplace-Users.
