How can we establish a win win collaboration together?

So how can we establish a win win collaboration together? We are open to every ideas. 🙂

Glad to be part of the AMS Community😇.

Pretty much everything is already pointed out by @Burak. I was also going to almost the same agenda!

But, yes, the best part is, how we can together achieve this.

We should start with the "Spread the Word" campaign, for inviting contributors/volunteers. Just like Burak has mentioned ways of collaboration, we'll define a roadmap with priority, and assign volunteers to contribute in their capacity. As we grow, we can assign activity lead, w.r.t their interest.

But, we need to make sure, this all shouldn't distract current development productivity, rather it should shape ongoing development & collaboration code. That is why, we might need a community builder/manager, to focus on all these development throughout phases, this will ensure good community governance!

I also agree with @rahul7827, it is the hardest part as a developer is to switch contexts, and that's why, we need to call everybody (including developers, analysts, content creators, businesses, and students) to play their part.

Being involved with a diversified set of open-source communities, I can take this challenge to bootstrap community engagement. I cannot achieve without community involvement, hence requesting all the notable members/users of Ant Media Community to come forward & take a pledge to contribute in your capacity.

I totally agree with Hamit, all we are parts of Ant Media Server. 

We all contribute to it in different ways. Some of use contribute it by writing code, someone creates blogposts, documents, video tutorials, someone contributes by creating issue reports which make it better product, someone uses it in real applications to solve real problems and so tests it in real environment, someone supports others. Also we have different benefits (knowledge, experience, streaming solution, time, money, etc.) from it. 🤝

Shortly, we already help each other in different ways. We give something and take something. I believe that we can improve these collaboration.

Personally, I really like the "Flutter Developer Stories" series on YouTube. Besides these items, if you wanted to share your story with Ant Media, we can share them on our channel. It will show the possibilities that can be done with Ant Media Server and it will be good marketing for your project.

First of all, I am %100 sure that we will build win-win collaboration with you guys.

I strongly believe that ANT marketplace will play a crucial role in this journey.
We will offer users monetizing their effort by the help of marketplace. Our marketing team will promote users' effort on the social channels as well. 

So far, @rahul7827 's Ant-Assit plugin, @mustafaboleken's duet master application, Richard's and Axel's telemedicine application and Ramijvan's re streaming application are in the short list of the 1st generation of the marketplace. 

Those are coming from our beloved community and it is a great opportunity to build a win-win collaboration.

This opportunity is open for everybody if you:

• Developed a streaming application in any context
• or plugin
• If you can give technical support to users (AMS certification program will be announced in 2023)
• Or you name it and we can discuss

You can even write a blog post or record a video tutorial about your technology or service for the users and we can publish it on our website or social channels

We are always open to talk about your ideas that can build a win-win collaboration for you and Ant Media.

Tutorial videos on youtube which shows how to build any project idea using ant media will be good to have.It will bring more people to community and help new comers to better understand the ant media server.

As far as I know you have frontend development experience as well as AMS knowledge.
There is a task waiting for me but I haven't started yet. We want to add a sample application as a basis for co-watching use cases. I think it will be a composition of AMS conference sample page and player sample page.
What do you think, would you like to get this?

Prototype solution is ready for co-watching (using rtsp url from AMS console). 🙂 Will see this in the new year.
