Keep the localVideoView quality as the OS Camera

Hey Guys,
i'm using the iOS SDK, i'm having an issue when i start streaming the localVideoView quality reduce .. can i keep the 'Local' video quality to be independent from the streamed video .. i want the streamer to have the best quality locally only even if he has bad connection
