Question

I am trying to install Ant Media Server using OSX 10.14.
Running this sudo sh -i ./install_ant-media-server.sh ant-media-server-2.0.0-community-2.0.0-20200504_1842.zip

Gives this error:

sed: 1: "/usr/local/antmedia/ant ...": extra characters at the end of l command

There is a problem in installing the ant media server. Please send the log of this console to contact@antmedia.io

I am following steps from this:
https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Quick-Start

How do I solve this?

Hi Nicole Azachee,

Have a good day. Our install script prepared for the Linux based systems which are Ubuntu and Centos.

Our Install script is not compatible with Mac OS X. Btw, you can use AMS in Mac OS X with Java 8 and ./start.sh script.

We are considering using your solution for our company's livestream product and would like to try setting it up. Is it possible to setup the server using OSX?
