Preview image on AWS S3 doesn't update periodically

After setup the AWS S3 on AMS, I noticed that the preview image only save once when the stream first start, and the preview image doesn't update afterward.

It there any way to make it update periodically on S3? Since it might be a problem for auto scaling scenario without the S3 integration.

Thank you for great question. The preview image in S3 during the stream is not already updated. The preview image is just updating on local server.

Is there any approach to get the updated preview image periodically while using the auto-scaling? 

Because when the server scales up, we might not getting the preview image sometimes, as the image only store on one of the stream server.

Sorry for late response.

Currently edge serves capture preview images from origin if there is at least one HLS player connected to the edge.
