Philip Campbell
### Short description __Brief description of what happened__ When opening Dashboard webpage and going to LiveApp the stream shows a single HLS player connected ### Environment * Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04 * Java version: openjdk 11.08 * Ant Media Server version:2.1 enterprise * Browser name and version: Google Chrome 84.0.4147.105 ### Steps to reproduce 1. None - is just there, even after reboot and service restarts 2. 3. ### Expected behavior __Put as much detail here as possible__ Since broadcast is not live there should be no players/viewers ### Actual behavior __Put as much detail here as possible__ When accessing Dashboard for LiveApp a HLS viewer is showing even though there is not live broadcast ### Logs __Place logs on [pastebin](http://pastebin.com/) or elsewhere and put links here__ ConsoleLog - https://pastebin.com/dcsigsyP ErrorLog - https://pastebin.com/He4DbRem
0 Selim Emre
Hi Philip, Have a good day. Actually, It's so weird. This problem should have been resolved. Are you sure about your AMS version is v2.1? Could you please write here, how can we reproduce your use-case in our test environment?Best Regards, Selim On Friday, August 7, 2020 at 6:37:46 AM UTC+3, Philip Campbell wrote: ### Short description __Brief description of what happened__ When opening Dashboard webpage and going to LiveApp the stream shows a single HLS player connected ### Environment * Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04 * Java version: openjdk 11.08 * Ant Media Server version:2.1 enterprise * Browser name and version: Google Chrome 84.0.4147.105 ### Steps to reproduce 1. 0 Philip Campbell
Selim, I actually had to re-install 2.1 again because of a Facebook issue and now the viewer is gone. This time I did not use the "true" options so it wiped out my old server information. That may have been what did the trick.
0 Selim Emre
Hi Philip, Did you ever try to broadcast this stream ID after the upgrade? I mean, in my latest change; when stream finished, stream viewer count will reset. 0 Philip Campbell
I did and believe it went away. But due to other issues I re-installed and wiped out the old system as well.
