Philip Campbell
### Short description AMS Enterprise not streaming to Facebook ### Environment * Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04 * Java version: openjdk 11.08 * Ant Media Server version:2.1 enterprise * Browser name and version: Google Chrome 84.0.4147.105 ### Steps to reproduce 1. Re-established link to Facebook 2. Removed stream from LiveApp and created new one 3.Upgraded from 1.9 to 2.1 ### Expected behavior Until a few weeks ago it was streaming fine to Facebook, even if we were having issues viewing direct from AMS and Facebook stream was always clear. ### Actual behavior Last 2 weeks of streaming we do not get anything on Facebook. I do not see where it has even tried. Today I had to bypass AMS to stream to Facebook. ### Logs Console Log - https://pastebin.com/gkYbLsnn Error Log - https://pastebin.com/EYWYWUNm
0 Selim Emre
Hi Philip, Your Pastebin logs are so limited. We need all logs in the log folder. Could you please send us log files? Log files in under the /usr/local/antmedia/log folder. You can send it with zip format. 0 Philip Campbell
Selim, I actually ended up re-installing AMS without the "true" option and that seems to have fixed it. Not sure what the issue was, but will move forward. if you still want the logs, let me know as I can go back to that server via a checkpoint on my VM if needed. I did hate to lose all of my VOD uploads, but needed Social Media streaming to work. Thanks Philip
0 Philip Campbell
Ok, new install seems to only be a temporary fix. It worked after I installed it, then quit again. Yesterday when I went to use it again it would not broadcast to FB again. I re-installed AMS and it started working again. It is working still today, but I need it to work consistently as it did before. Any help would be appreciated. As I said, I can go back to the old server from the VM backup to retrieve the logs if that would be helpful. Thanks Philip Campbell
