Customize codec AV1 for test publish streaming.

Hi Everyone,

When compared to compression codec: H264, H265, and AV1. I can see some differences related to quality.

So, I wonder - is it possible when I would like to customize (just for test) with Ant Media Server?

I mean, I wanna using codec AV1 for publishing stream from Ant Media.

Hi,

unfortunately Ant Media Server does not support AV1 codec currently and publishing to AMS with AV1 is not possible. 

It is possible that AV1 can be supported in the long term or middle term future. If there are many feature requests from the AMS EE customers.
