CloudFormation Script not allowing RTMP Stream

Hi, 

I am trying to stream VIA RTMP to an autoscaling AWS setup using the cloudformation provided by the ANT team however, When ever I create the RTMP link and go to stream, the service i am using always says that it cannot connect to the server. I am using the Load balancer link such as 

https://AMS-S-Appli-########N1DS-1280472092.us-west-1.elb.amazonaws.com/WEBRTC/ 

with the correct stream key however, i keep getting Cannot connect to server. I have tried things like opening up all ports on the LB to allow every single port, however no luck. Any advise?

This is just WebRTC. You can create a classic load balancer for RMTP(port 1935) and add Origin instances.
