Running a conference on a separate web-server

I'm trying to setup up a conference on a webpage that runs on my web server which is a separate server from my ant server. The documentation explains how to setup a conference but only on the ant server itself, is it possible to run my conference on my website which is separate (hosted somewhere else entirely)?

Of course, it is possible. You can create a web socket between your client and Ant Media Server as in the example conference page. If your server is in need to communicate with Ant Media Server check out the web hooks. https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Webhook-Integration
