Florian K
Hello everybody. We are currently planing to move our internal only AMS server to a public server and we would like some access control. We have an Active Directory and would like to use that as our user database. Is there anything in AMS or does somebody know of an easy way to properly secure the stream that it could only be viewed by a member of the AD. We basically want to prevent that somebody could just copy the iframe and use it somewhere else.
0 Tahir
Hi, We have security options for public stream control, can you please check this document? https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Stream-Security-Documentation Thanks
0 Florian K
Thanks for the info. We actually found that just after posting this. I sorta hoped for a more complete solution but we figured out how to make a simple login form for the AD in PHP, which then generates a Token for the stream, which we will give over into a session to play on the player site. Which seems to work fine so far.
