Multiple bitrates streaming from encoder

Question

Hello everyone,

I'm deploying an AWS instance of Ant Media Enterprise edition.
Everything is looking fine except I'd like not to use the integrated ABR feature to exclude an high load on CPU.
WIth AKAMAI I had three streams with different bitrates directly from the hardware encoder, then the CDN was combining them and I was getting an HLS streaming with all the three showing up.
Is there any way to reach this in ANT media?

Thank you

Have a wonderful day

Thank you so much for the reply.

I hope this 2021 started great for you.

I will take the chance to ask another question if possibile:

- How can I manage IP connections geolocation?

I would swap my Wowza setup to Ant Media but I need country geolocation at the end of every stream.

I'm using Grafana for data analytics but I'm unable to find an available setup for IPs.

Best

Hi,

Of course Andrea, you can ask as many questions as you want.

Geolocation feature request is planned and in development, before the end of next week it will be available to use. You can follow the issue on;
 https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/issues/2553

I wish you a happy new year
