Failure to consistently initialize stream

Hello,

We're currently hosting a server and are having trouble consistently starting a stream from a single location.

We're trying to stream from an AJA Helo Box https://www.aja.com/products/helo

and have set it up using all of the suggestion on your github wiki.

When we start the stream, 9/10 times the Ant Media portal will say broadcasting but will not have the x1.00 number next to it. When this occurs, trying to view the stream will simply show "waiting for stream to start".

When it does work, it works perfectly.

Do you have any idea on how we can resolve this issue?

We're running Enterprise Edition 2.1.1 20200902_1011

System Disk: 31GB

Memory: 58.9GB

JVM Heap Memory 14.7GB

Is it possibly related to the error messages about being unable to delete a file?

Sorry for the delay. We made some improvements on the RTMP side. We are expecting these improvements will solve this incompatibility issue. I can share the SNAPSHOT version with you.

Hey Alex,

Unfortunately, we weren't able to instal this to test as the client was actively using the server. We're going to be able to install this within the next week. Would it be possible to get an updated trial or convert our existing ant media server license?

Enterprise Edition and Free Trial have same capabilities. Sure, you just need to change license key.
