0 Enes Kuluk
Most likely client issue. Could you try to reproduce what your client faced to figure it out whether client or server please? Best Regards, Enes.
0 Cheng Dicky
I am sorry that I cannot stalely reproduce it in our machine cause it is an issue that encountered by my customer. But it seems that lag would rarely occurs in our machine too. (don't know is it the same problem) Any general idea that could cause this? Any more things that I can log for tracing the issue? Regards, Dicky
0 Enes Kuluk
If you cannot reproduce the issue, it is very likely network issues on client side or end to end connection issues. You can try to publish and let the customer watch while you should also watch to see are there any dropped frames. Best Regards, Enes
