Hi,

Have a good day. Could you please send also an ant-media-server.log file? These error logs are related to console log(ant-media-server.log) file. We need to check also ant-media-server.log file. It's important to understand your issue.

Hi Dicky,

I checked your logs. As I saw, your errors are related to insufficient resources and Tomcat AprEndpoint. Here are the details:
1- You have 2 adaptive options enabled. Also, you enabled both VP8 & H264. Adaptive feature is consuming huge system resources. That's why you had encountered a lot of thread block error. Do you need these settings? We are recommending using GPU for the adaptive feature. GPU usage is more performance than CPU usage in Transcoding.
2- We have detected Tomcat native APR not fully compatible with HTTP/2. HTTP/2 does not work properly in some cases. Btw, we solved this issue in our latest version.

Thank you so much. The settings are needed since the service is open to the public and we do not know customers' browser and network condition.

BTW we are already using GPU on aws (specifically g4dn.2xlarge) and we will review the hardware setup.
