Publisher video monitor audio sounds different from player audio (WebRTC)

Using the built in player as an example, at /WebRTCAppEE/ if I unmute the video playback, the sound is strange, like it is being played twice. If I open /WebRTCAppEE/play.html and play the stream, it sounds normal.

I am guessing this is something to do with the javascript in the publisher rather than the streaming itself, but does anyone have any idea why this is or how to fix it? I am building off the built in players/publisher and have the same issue. I want to give the publisher a real time check option to hear how they sound. Ideally it would be the monitor, but right now it doesn't sound right.

Hello, can you tell me which version are you using? You are probably right however, this case didn't happen in the v2.2.1 I believe.

By the way, if you are not using headphones the echo is expected when publishing if you unmute it.

Hello, I am using a 2.3 snapshot, I will see if I can reproduce it with an earlier version. I am using headphones, yes :)

I had a weird audio issue with the RC1 that could be downloaded from the antmedia.io website that didn't exist in 2.2.1. They sent me an updated 2.3.0 build from Feb 24th that resolved the issue.
