Question

I am following the wiki tutorial on settup up the server

https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Installation

it says to "make sure that the server has public IP address and a domain"
does this mean I cannot just install Ant media on my local ubuntu server and perform local test?

Well I did install it, but How can I install SSL in my local machine?

I just want to play around and develop, i dont want public IP and domain, How can i proceed?

I have an Ubuntu server (local machine) use as for development, and a windows machine that will connect to that Ubuntu, but now I am sensing this is imposible unless I access thru a public IP and a domain???

I need to use SSL since I cannot run the samples without the SSL.

https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Sample-List

How do go with this?

If you are trying to test on your local, you can test it very well. In local, the same machine, you will have no issue using it since it will work anyway. In your windows machine, you can use this flag: chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure for your local IP. So, windows machine will act like its secure domain.

Best Regards,
Enes.
