Are you using Ant Media as a signalling server? The logs does not say much for this case to be honest. It seems like you are also using a TURN server. onTrack methods also triggered in both clients, what is the issue exactly?

Hello,
Yes, we are using ant media as a signaling server and using our own TURN server. Video connectivity doesn't establish when we use desktop on both ends. However one end mobile app or mobile browser and other end desktop browser then the connectivity happens. It seems so strange and not sure we are overlooking something or missing something obvious. Hope this make sense.

It is hard to understand the problem since it is your own pipeline. You can check ICE candidates if they really get the IP addresses and ports correctly, also if you are using UDP connection check your firewall permissions. Also the description may not be set it is really a wide range of issues you might be encountered in this situation. If you use Ant Media as the SFU server rather than just signalling server it can make your life easier, I mean the product is there to make streaming easier since the back end is hard to work on.
