Is it possible to install the ant media server in mac operating system ie( mac book using terminal)

I have downloaded the ant media server form the Git-Hub and when I am trying to install it using mac terminal ,  I was facing some technical issues like(sudo - apt-get command not found ) , so I just want to know is it possible to run ant media server in the mac book .(  ie : mac operating system)
