Azure Ant server, lost signup/subscription in the middle of streaming

Hi was doing 2 stream on  azure vm ant image( Enterprise Edition 2.3.2 20210422_0456 ) and a few hours into the stream one of the streams stop working (was cut off) and new viewers could not connect to any of the stream. only existing viewers could see the stream.

when I browsed to the server, I got the Signup /register page (not the login). ,, but i'm already signed up and have been so for months. so what gives?.. some how my signup was lost. so I signed up again which caused the still active stream to crash. and I needed to reconnect both and get viewers back.

what happened..????
